• R-604110 (1): Fitting Oxygen Elbow 90 1/8" F x 1/8" M
• R-604117 (1): Fitting Oxygen Plug 1/8"
• R-604118 (1): Fitting Oxygen Connector 1/8" FNPT x 1/8" MNPT
• R-604122 (1): Oxygen Coupler Fitting, 1/8" FNPT x 1/8" FNPT
• R-604119 (1): Oxygen Hex Nipple Fitting 1/8" MNPT x 1/8" MNPT

Instructions:

• Thread Preparation:
  Apply Teflon tape to all oxygen fitting threads prior to assembly to ensure proper sealing and prevent leakage.
  
  
• Replace First DISS Fitting:
  Remove the existing DISS fitting and replace it with R-604117 – Oxygen Plug Fitting, 1/8”.
  
  
• Replace Second DISS Fitting:
  Remove the second DISS fitting and install R-604118 – Oxygen Hex Nipple Fitting, 1/8" NPT 
  
  
• Install Additional Fittings (In Order):
  • R-604110: Oxygen Elbow Fitting 90 1/8"F x 1/8"M
  • R-604119: Oxygen Hex Nipple Fitting 1/8" MNPT x 1/8" MNPT
    
  • R-604122: Oxygen Coupler Fitting, 1/8" FNPT x 1/8" FNPT
• Reinstall the original DISS fitting that was supplied with the regulator.
• Please refer to the provided images for detailed orientation and placement of each component.

• 1/2" Wrench
• 9/16" Wrench
• 7/16" Wrench
