As 2025 draws to a close, we’re taking time to reflect on a year defined by innovation, progress, and the shared dedication of our team, customers, and partners. At Rowland Emergency, our mission has always been to support paramedic services and emergency professionals with dependable, forward-thinking solutions. This past year, that mission advanced in meaningful ways, marked by significant developments in our products, operations, and organizational capabilities.
A Year Defined by Progress
Throughout 2025, our commitment to the emergency response community remained at the heart of everything we did. From engineering new solutions to strengthening our internal systems, each achievement was driven by one purpose: to help those who serve on the front lines work more safely, efficiently, and effectively.
Product Innovation and Engineering Excellence
Innovation was a defining feature of 2025. Our engineering, fabrication, and manufacturing teams delivered several new product platforms that continue to shape the future of pre-hospital response equipment. Among these, the Rowland Emergency Patient Transfer Vehicle emerged as a purpose-built, EMS-inspired solution designed to improve patient handling and mobility. We also introduced the Stryker LIFEPAK 35 and ZOLL Zenix Mounting Systems, which ensure the secure integration of essential life-saving technology into high-performance emergency vehicles.
Complementing these advancements, our new Storage Systems for the 2025 Ford Expedition, Dodge Durango, and Chevrolet Blazer EV were engineered to support the next generation of emergency response vehicles. Each development represents the precision, quality, and design excellence that define our approach, where innovation is not simply about new ideas, but about delivering practical, reliable solutions for those who depend on them most.
Building a Stronger Foundation
While 2025 was marked by product innovation, it was equally a year of internal transformation. We made strategic investments to strengthen our operations and prepare for future growth. Central to this effort was the implementation of SAP, an integrated enterprise software system that unifies all core business functions, from finance and HR to supply chain and customer relations, within a single platform. This investment enhances our ability to deliver consistent, transparent, and responsive service at every level of the organization.
We also expanded our ERU production division with the creation of a Special Projects Department, dedicated to supporting complex builds and custom configurations such as the All-Terrain Ambulance. This team provides targeted expertise and training, ensuring that every unique project receives the attention it requires. Combined with new hires, process improvements, and operational efficiencies, these initiatives have strengthened our ability to meet the high standards of quality and reliability that define the Rowland Emergency name.
Looking Ahead to 2026
As we enter 2026, we remain focused on what matters most: supporting those who serve on the front lines of emergency response. The year ahead will bring new opportunities to advance our product portfolio, refine our manufacturing capabilities, and explore emerging technologies in vehicle integration and equipment mounting. Our continued investment in electric vehicle compatibility, precision engineering, and process innovation will position us to serve our partners with even greater agility and expertise.
